The "stick" on the ride cymbal is outstanding, and you cannot beat the articulation of these! NEVERTHELESS, know that you are getting a maple stick: it will not last like hickory or oak, and it will break if you are not careful of your rim shots! That being, said, What's up with your shippers, GC? If I order a dozen pair of the same Vic Firth sticks, I obviously want a "brick"! Why did you send me a dozen loose pair? Lame.
