But it's not just for ENGL amps !! submitted 4 years ago ***** by Ernie from TX I use the Z-9 on two of my ENGL amps. That is normal .. and they definetely the footswitch you want for those. HOWEVER ... I have a Diezel D-moll as well. The Midi footswitches for the Diezel are WAY oversized for me. So I decided to try the Z-9 using the midi out option .... it worked great !! I liked it better than the F57 too. Why? Well with the Z-9 I can change ANY setting on the amp with just one button ... vs ... having to do things individually on the FS7. Plus the Z-9 is a reasonable size to use onstage vs the columbus. All in All it's a the footswitch you want for your ENGL amp, AND a great midi switcher if you have an amp that has the capability.
