The main differences are that the script version does not boost your signal, like the block version does, and the script version has a much shallower phase than the block version, making it much mellower of a sound. All in all, there isn't anything wrong with the script version, but I really like the boost that the block version gives me, as I tend to use it for lead lines, and it helps me to stand out a bit more. Along with that, the more drastic phasing sounds that you get from the block version were more my taste, so it's all just personal preference.
