I tried this cymbal at GC, (they had the 17" and 19"). I have! I have tested them in multiple playing situations from played the 17" and it was really nice but I prefer 18" crashes. So I acoustic driven rock and country to blistering head banging metal bought the 18" and I'm pleased with it; however it's a very dark and have yet to be disappointed.
